LEEF members have a wide range of skills and our membership includes story tellers, artists, gardeners, scientists and much, much more. Some LEEF members are available to work on a freelance basis. LEEF occationally gets requests from organisations to recomend freelancers as LEEF members are a particularly talented and experienced group with a wide breadth and depth of knowledge. To make this process of recommendation fair, members of LEEF are invited to fill in a brief “freelancers form” these completed forms are collected and are available to organisations who are members of LEEF or whose principles are compatible to LEEF.
Organisations that would like to view the complete freelance educator’s bank should email Anna .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) unfortunately LEEF does not have the resources to pre-select freelancers (e.g. it is not possible for you to select to only see story tellers, or people who work in south London) but LEEF is happy to send the complete list to relevant organisations. Even though in our experience all LEEF members are professional, LEEF recommends that any organisation takes the time to follow up references before choosing freelancers as LEEF does not preselect members.
LEEF members who would like to add their details to the Freelance Educators Bank should email Anna .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for a freelancers form. Unfortunately LEEF does not have the resources to offer support filling in the form and will not proof read forms for you. Incorrect forms are put into the Freelance Educators Bank as they are sent to LEEF. LEEF recommends that you fill out the form carefully and correctly so that you have the best chance of being selected for freelance work by the organisations looking at the bank. Forms that go over the one page limit are not included in the bank. LEEF does not store freelancer’s CVs so please do not send them.
