For each season, starting with an Autumn walk, my colleague Adrian Harris and I will be offering guided country walks in some great countryside locations all within an hour’s train ride from London.
Our first 7-mile Nature Connection Walk will take place on Sunday 16 October in beautiful Kent. The circular walk will start and finish in Otford.
A day out in the countryside is a great opportunity to reconnect to nature, to take some time out, to feel grounded and to spend enjoyable time with like-minded people.
Meeting Point: London Bridge Station at the ticket office at 9.30am, the train leaves at 9.46 - please plan your jouney carefully so that you can arrive on time).
Lunch: Bring a packed lunch, some snacks and plenty of water.
Cost: £15 if booked in advance, £20 on the day (excludes train tickets and lunch).
Must-have equipment:
• Sturdy shoes (trainers or walking boots)
• Rain coat
• Rucksack
• Water bottle
Places are limited to 12.
