An antidote to Christmas Shopping on Oxford Street for the first weekend of December. We will be learning woodland crafts, willow weaving and traditional woodland games, all skills which could be used to make Christmas presents and/or taught to young people. So join us in a beautiful countryside setting where we will be having bonfires and eating food from the farm and at the same time getting on top of our present list.
Saturday morning –11:00am pick up from Hainault tube staition then a woodland foray to gather materials for weekend’s activities.
Lunch – Followed by a choice of craft activites including; Leaf Papier Mache, Cone craft, Hoop making, Twig craft, Willow Weaving, Rustic furniture making and/ or Elder Folk toys.
Dinner – Campfire session with projects focussed on things to make when sitting around the fire
Sunday morning,breakfast
Workshop – Woodland games and activities
Sunday Roast lunch then a return to station by 3:00pm
