Emily’s work engages young people in their local environment through education sessions in and near their schools.She is a Forest School Leader (Level 3) with years of experience of working with young people in wild, natural and urban landscapes and various settings either through school sessions and programmes, youth groups, residential experiences or expeditions. Emily’s previous role as a renewable energy developer on often controversial project involving diverse stakeholders means that she combines her environmental education skills with a strong track record of project management and community/partnership liaison. She is currently working towards an MA in Outdoor Education.
Emily was awarded her LEEF Fellowship on 12 July 2016 at the Royal Parks Foundation Education Centre, Hyde Park.
