Our February 2021 will be 'Self-Care for Environmental Educators' led by Shaira Begum of Ella Baker Organising (and a LEEF trustee). Treat yourself if 2020 has been tough for you.
This session explores the concept of 'self-care', because too often active supporters of social justice and environmental movements risk the experience of 'burn out'. Having a self-care practice allows you the space to avoid this, and some of the associated risks.
The interactive session will be run on Tuesday  9th February 11-1pm
The session is via Zoom and places are limited
, so if you want to be part of this, then please sign up below and we will send you a link (you may also find it useful to download the free app, Zoom to your computer beforehand). Be sure to check your emails half an hour before the start of the training, if necessary check your bulk email/spam folder for the link.
